Our concept is a private, exclusive, elegant country wedding retreat which provides destination, overnight accommodations for up to fifty family and friends for a unique Texas country style event.
We provide an all-inclusive facility to entertain your whole weekend of rehearsal dinner, the ceremony site (choices of charming country chapel or an outdoor site of waterfall lined grape arbor with cascading rock steps over looking a palm tree lined pool, lakes and rolling pastures painted with pecan and cottonwood trees) and the reception facility as well as weekend entertainment activities, no traffic, no rush, just you, your family and friends, slowing down to try and capture peaceful time and memorable moments to cherish forever!
We believe this is truly a family reunion type wedding. Two families forming one union to celebrate you future lives together in private, exclusive country charm.
A scenario for a weekend, elegant country wedding...
Have your family, friends and guests arrive through the private gate on Thursday or Friday morning and be greeted by the ranch staff as your vehicles are securely parked for the weekend.
We will then escort each guest to their private, rustic, elegant rooms and settle in for their wonderful weekend ahead.
You can relax by the pool, lakes and waterfalls, take a ranch tour or go private horseback riding. We can then serve lunch with our beautiful outside views or in our different dining areas. We can help you relax while we prepare for your rehearsal dinner.
After a memorable rehearsal dinner, climb into a hayride with a relaxing cocktail, drive to our white sandy beach for loving toasts to a great future and then watch the moon and start appear over a torch, circled fire pit on a white, sandy beach with the river rapids serenading your toasts to each other.
Return to the ranch lodge with a late evening, sitting around a campfire or relaxing in the dance hall playing pool and shuffleboard or even horseshoes under moonlight - Texas style.
Awake on the wedding day in the country quiet and relax with private massages while preparing for your wedding day.
Have your private ceremony on this serene, country sitting, while you arrive at the chapel on your own horse-drawn carriage, then stroll from the chapel over to the reception hall to celebrate the night away!

- Use of barn facility (60x120) for reception with seating for 150 comfortably.

- Horse drawn carriage ride for the bride and groom. Cost: $3,500
Wedding and Overnight Stay Package
- One, two, or three night stay (up to 25 bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms, teepee)
- Use of chapel and garden areas
- Use of commercial-sized cabana kitchen and barn facility kitchen.
- Use of covered cedar log porches and decks.
- Poolside reception overlooking waterfalls, pool, and lake.
- Use of barn facility (60x120) for reception with seating for 150, comfortably.
(over 6,000 sf of space!) This is an upscale reception/dance hall.

Main Lodge Package
$4,900 for one night and 15 bedrooms (up to 35 people double occupancy)
$5,900 for two nights and 15 bedrooms (up to 35 people double occupancy)
$6,500 for three nights and 15 bedrooms (up to 35 people double occupancy)
Additional bedrooms over the 15 included are $125/night (up to 10 more rooms available) for the Pecan House, $300 per night for the boathouse and $350 per night for the farmhouse. Maximum ranch overnight capacity is 50 people, double occupancy.
Use of four-wheelers and horseback riding is negotiable for additional fees. Private chef and custom catering also available. A holding fee based on 30% of the wedding package is due upon booking. Payment is due 90-days prior to the event. The holding fee is non-refundable if the event is cancelled.
