• IH 35 to University Parks Drive in Waco, exit East. Remain on University Parks
       Drive approximately 18.4 miles (it will change to FM 434, FM 3400, and again
       to FM 434).
• Turn left on CR 417 (there is a faded Turner Limousin sign on left).
• Follow CR 417 approximately 3.5 miles and you will dead-end into
       Moon River Ranch.
• If lost, inquire at the Satin Post Office where personnel know exact directions.

From Austin:
IH 35 North to Exit Highway. 7 at Eddy and travel through Chilton to FM 434, turn left, proceed for approximately 2 miles to CR 417, take right. Go approximately 3.5 miles and dead end into Moon River Ranch.
