Growth, Improvement and Expansion!
We are always upgrading our facility and by the spring of 2005, we will have a total of 25-premier bedrooms, with rock showers, leather shower curtains and roomy, private accommodations for our guests. We will also have a new exercise room, dry heat sauna, and a premier, private massage room and a 20-seat movie room.

We are also starting an outdoor rock pavilion that over looks palm tree lined lakes, waterfalls, and life size bronzes of children playing in a waterfall stream, with a full outdoor kitchen. This facility will be able to seat 300-people by the fall of 2005.

We can accommodate over 50 guests, overnight, double occupancy in our 25 private bedrooms (60 adults and children, family style). We can accommodate a maximum group indoors of 200 in our dance hall facility. We have had larger groups, such as Waco American Cancer Society Cattle Baron’s VIP Dinner party outdoor event for over 400 people.

Three Year Plan (Spring 2008)
We will have expanded to 35 premier private bedrooms, 300 seat pavilion, 150 seat seminar hall, private 50 seat seminar hall, 20 seat movie room, private seat dining room with wine cellar and seating capacity of 80 people or more.

Fishing
We are stocking our private lakes with Florida bass for catch and release, as well as we have over 4-miles of the Brazos River for channel cat and black bass fish

Private White Sandy Beach
We have a one-acre, private beach that lies on the Brazos River, at a rock slab, historic stagecoach crossing area for the stage coaches and wagon trains of the 1800’s. We can groom this beautiful sandy beach to accommodate dinner and cocktail functions. We usually offer a relaxing hayride through our pecan tree lined pastures to this beautiful beach desination.

Private Island
Just around the bend from the beach is a secluded 10-acre island, with it’s own private, white, sandy beach. We suggest a canoe, raft or kayek trip from the first beach around the 2-mile bend, past this 10-acre island, around to our own boathouse facility.
